Video inside a wall cavity. This system helps use find problem areas such as mold, wet materials and at the same time reduces the need for tearing out walls and ceilings compared to not using our camera.

Checking Moisture In Wood Floor with Hammer Probe and SurveyMaster

ELE 6400 Is Putting Heated Air Into the Squirrel Fan Side of the Air Mover. The Air Mover is Pushing the Heated Air Into the Ceiling Cavity. The Thermostat Probe Is Put Into the Ceiling Cavity. This Gives the Actual Temperature Inside the Ceiling Cavity.

This video is after two days after we started drying. We pulled 2 layers of vinyl flooring and 1/4” layer of subfloor.  The floor was black when we started. We treated the floor and heat dried the flooring, kitchen cabinets and drywall. As you can see in the video after two days the floors are much more white and dry.

Using the Eliminator and a Air Mover to Float Carpet (Heat Drying). We used 2 circuits of the Eliminator. We ducted the heat through Mylar ducting to the squirrel fan (air intake) side of a air mover. The thermostat sensor was on top of the carpet, but you can also put the sensor under the carpet. The sensor and thermostat are a very important part of heat drying. The thermostat allows us to control the heat used to dry the carpet, padding and subfloor.

Video of the VapairVent Ventilation System Exhausting Out Bathroom Exhaust Fan

Dryout using the ELE 6400, Eliminator and VapairVent System

Pipe broke in bathroom upstairs. Water went down all 3 floors. The upstairs had very little damage. The middle floor had wet walls, contents and floorings. The basement got hit the worst as you can see.

We tented the concrete floor and the ducted the Eliminator under the plastic. This greatly accelerates the drying a concrete floor because concrete is very pours.
